In the terms and conditions given below, terms used like we,us etc. refers to Sego Tours and its brand owner Tourists Nest LLP and the terms like you etc. refers to the clients who books tours with Sego Tours or Tourists Nest LLP.
All our services are provided subject to these Terms and Conditions and the contract between you and us shall be governed by the same. For the third party products booked through us, their Terms and Conditions would also be applicable in addition to ours.
Our relations with the hotels, travel agencies, airlines, hospitals and so on are not principal-agent relation, but are on principal to principal basis. We aim at using our domain knowledge to offer you the best available services.
Indian nationals touring with us must carry necessary travel documents (tickets and/or coupons or Service Vouchers) and also valid proof of identity and/or address proof throughout the tour. Foreign nationals touring with us must carry necessary visa/ permits,
passports, medical insurance and travel documents, tickets and/or coupons throughout the tour, and also must abide by the Reserve Bank of India
guidelines and Government of India Rules and Regulations, as applicable. For using medical tourism facilities, make it a point to carry, in addition to the travel documents, all the relevant medical records and medical history cards.
Travel documents required while on tour
It is entirely your responsibility to hold and carry on tour valid and genuine travel documents such as permits, confirmed air / bus / train tickets and other documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property during the tour
, medical clearances, inoculation / vaccination certificates, permits, visas, and as such, as per the requirements mentioned to be able to travel in your Tour Itinerary.
It is required to obtain prior permission for visiting certain places like Tsomgo / Tshangu Lake and Yumthang (Sikkim) or certain areas of Leh-Ladakh or Lakshadweep; do carry four passport size photographs for the permits and also copies of identity proofs.
For traveling to SAARC CountriesFor traveling to SAARC Countries including Sri Lanka and Maldives, the following travel documents would, generally, be required:
Passport valid for 6 months from the date of return of the scheduled tour and Election Identity Card. Please keep copies of your passport during travel.

These terms are subject to change from time to time as per Government policies.
-> Please peruse the Terms and Conditions, Itinerary and sign and submit the Booking Form and the Terms and Conditions Form. If you are booking online, submit the filled-in Booking Form online after agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. Be it online or offline booking, the terms of contract shall remain the same.
-> In case where the participants of a tour belong to more than one family, it shall be signed by the an authorized person or leader of the whole group and the same shall be considered as acceptance of the contract for and on behalf of all the persons booked assuming full responsibility.
-> In case any other person signs the Booking Form, it shall be conclusively presumed that the tour participants had given the necessary authority to such person to sign the forms and enter into a binding contract on their behalf with Sego Tours assuming full responsibility.
-> Signing of the Booking Form and Terms and Conditions Form and payment receipt issued for initial payment made towards the tour cost shall be a legally binding contract between the parties.
Where to book your tour
You can book tours online as well as offline. You can book online on www.segotours.com You may also drop in to our Office and book your tour, or book with us through our Franchisees or your Travel agent or tour operator.
How to Book Online
First you have to finalize the tour that you are to undertake after interacting with our Executives who will assist you in planning the tour and quoting the total tour cost. An online confirmation is to be given for your tour. Submit the filled-in Booking Form online after agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and proceed to make payment.
Online payment can be made directly to our bank account, for which we will issue receipt. In case you wish to make payment via cheque, demand draft etc. they are to be taken in favour of Tourists Nest LLP, and sent to us, for which a receipt will be issued to you and upon its clearance the bookings will be confirmed.
How to Book Offline
You may visit our Office and book your tour, or book with us through our Franchisees or your Travel agent or tour operator. You have to peruse the Terms and Conditions, Itinerary and sign and submit the Booking Form and the Terms and Conditions Form. Payment can be made either in the form of cash or cheque/ demand draft (in favour of Tourists Nest LLP). Booking will be confirmed only after the payment is credited to our bank accounts.
The Cancellation Policy will apply if the payment is not cleared within the specified time.
You can also pay your Travel Agent/ Tour Operator who would pay us on your behalf. But, any payment made to your Travel Agent / Tour Operator, would not constitute payment to us until the same is got credited to our bank account. Please refer the Eligibility section above for the documents that are required during touring
Please note that in addition to the tour cost you will have to bear the bank charges, as applicable, including charges relating to credit card / debit card / net banking / cheque / demand draft etc.
Please note that delay in balance payment after booking of tour would be considered as a cancellation of your booking from your side and would result in levy of the applicable cancellation charges as per the cancellation schedule.

Further, any increase to components of tour cost due to hike in any taxes or other statutory levies must be paid in full before your departure.
We will issue Service Voucher/s which are written confirmation of your tour that entitles you to travel during the tour and must be presented to Service Provider. You will receive the Service Voucher/s, with your travel tickets, if applicable, approximately three to five days prior to departure, provided, you adhere to the time schedule of documentation and payments in full.
No services will be provided if the Service Voucher in original is not in your possession. Important / emergency contact numbers are printed on the Service Vouchers briefing sheet provided to you.
It is the Clients responsibility to check the Service Voucher/s carefully and to let the staff concerned of Sego Tours/Tourists Nest LLP or its Franchisees or your Travel Agent know immediately in the event of occurrence of any error.
In some cases, the Client would be handed over his internal flight / train / hotel vouchers by the Tour Manager or our representative on arrival at his / her holiday destination; in any case it would be intimated to the client beforehand.
In case of an amendment to the tour programme, any new arrangements will be regarded as an entirely new booking and will be subject to availability and all requests must be made and confirmed in written format/ online mode and Sego Tours/ Tourists Nest LLP reserves the right to charge an amount of INR 750/- per person each time a change or amendment is made to a confirmed booking at the Clients request. Please note that in case the amendment request is made within the cancellation period, Cancellation Charges will also apply if the cancellation had commenced on the day the request for amendment is made. Please note that the Cancellation Charges will be in addition to the amendment fee.

If you wish to cancel your tour, the person who booked the tour must intimate in written script (for tours booked offline) or using the online communication facility (for tours booked online) the tour, on a working day within working hours. Similarly if your Travel Agent cancels, it will be deemed and construed that all the clients and you are in agreement with the same. The computation of the period of notice of cancellation shall commence only from the time the written request reaches Sego Tours/ Tourists Nest LLP on working days during the office hours. In case of cancellation, the following Cancellation Charges would apply.
Pre/ post tour/ add-on Extension Packages are available on request.It is known and agreed that for the purpose of this clause, cancellation caused by any reason including the reason of inability to participate due to illness, death, court orders, non-availability of travel documents etc. Sego Tours/ Tourists Nest LLP shall not be responsible/ liable to pay any compensation, interest or damages to clients on this account.

Cancellation of the tour / amendment by Tourists Nest LLP
We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure without assigning any reason. In such a situation we would offer you alternative tour dates/ tours, or you will have the option of traveling individually, or on group tours. If the alternative date / tour is not acceptable, or you do not wish to travel individually, we would refund the money paid by you after deducting any cost incurred to us on your behalf including permits / visas, airlines etc. We would not, however, be responsible or liable to pay any compensation or damages or consequential loss or to refund any other expenses incurred to you.
But we do assure you that such situations will not occur and will be avoided to the maximum considering your best interest.
If the tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure conditions, we shall not be responsible / liable to offer any refund to you. However, at our sole discretion, we may give the refund based on various factors like the number of participants, the Cancellation Policies of suppliers like hotels, transport operators, etc. Our decision on the quantum of refund shall be final. It would take at least thirty days to process the refund, if due.It is also made clear that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the Client does not or cannot or fails to avail of any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc. due to any reason.
The above conditions would apply to clients who book our tours or third party products.
